A Green Sea Turtle typically returns to the site of its birth to lay eggs and continue the circle of life. When not on the beach, adult Sea Turtles live in warm coastal waters worldwide. Their average lifespan is an amazing 80 years.

  • History: It’s said that the most dangerous moments of a Sea Turtle’s life are the very first—when it makes the slow, awkward journey across the sand from egg to sea. Once in the water, though, life doesn’t exactly get easy for them. The omnivores swim warm coastal waters, feeding on crabs and jellyfish when young, but switching to a diet of seagrass and algae as they age and grow.
  • Scientific Name: Chelonia mydas
  • Characteristics: These Green Sea Turtles look like they’re gliding through the sea. Why not have them glide into your ocean art project or display, or use them as prizes or decorations at an Earth Day or conservation-centered event.
  • Size: Put flippers and a head on a nickel and you can imagine the size of these mini Sea Turtle figures - about an inch long.

    Hannah O. ★★★★★

These little turtles look just like the real thing, and the detail on each piece is surprisingly good. I bought them as a small party favor, and they were a hit—everyone loved the unique shape and the 192-piece count. It’s a fun, affordable way to add a touch of the ocean to the table without breaki

    Lucy ★★★★★

I was surprised the box says there are 192 pieces—plenty to share with friends who love ocean life. The little turtles have a nice smooth feel, and the green color is exactly what you'd expect from a sea turtle.

    Sophia W. ★★★★★

These little sea turtles are heavier and feel nicer than I expected for the price. I’m keeping a few on my desk for a touch of ocean calm.
