River TOOB®

The cottonmouth snake and snapping turtle are so detailed my son uses them for both play and his school river ecosystem project. Each piece feels sturdy enough to survive being tossed in a backpack, and the bald eagle is a nice touch that rounds out the set nicely.

My kid can finally tell a bald eagle from a duck after playing with these river animals. The cottonmouth snake detail is surprisingly good for such a small toy.

I love that this set includes a snapping turtle along with the bald eagle—it makes river ecology feel real for my kids. The beaver and duck are nicely detailed, and the cottonmouth snake adds an adventurous touch. My son spent an hour sorting them by habitat.
