My kid couldn't put the book down after we started with the Triassic period—the step-by-step drawing guides actually make the basic forms easy to follow. The stickers were a fun little reward after completing each scene.

My kid is dinosaur-obsessed and this book finally got him drawing them instead of just roaring at me. The basic forms approach makes the ancient aquatic reptiles from the Triassic and Cretaceous actually look right, and the stickers are a nice bonus reward after each page.

The step-by-step drawing guides using basic shapes make it really easy for beginners to follow along. My niece finished her first T-rex in under ten minutes and loved the stickers for decorating her pages.
