I was surprised by how detailed the egg stage is—you can actually see the tiny silk fibers wrapped around the eggs. My kids spent an hour comparing the different life stages to our backyard spiders.

The tiny spiderlings and silk sac are molded with such detail that my nephew insisted on checking if they were real. He spent twenty minutes just examining the egg-laying stage.

The egg sac detail is so realistic it makes me a little uneasy, but my kid is obsessed with the spider life cycle now. The 3,000 eggs fact from the card really stuck with them.
