My toddler can grip this scoop easily even with mittens on, and it held up well against the hard packed snow we had last weekend. The bright colors make it easy to spot when it gets dropped in a drift.

The handle is chunky and easy for my little one to grip, even with mittens on. It held up great after a whole afternoon of digging in the sand.

My toddler took this to the beach yesterday and the handle was so easy for her little hands to hold onto. The scoop itself is sturdy enough to dig through wet sand without bending.
