Daniel E. ★★★★★

The neon pigments really glow on black paper, and the 12 colors blend together smoothly without turning muddy. I've been using them for a few weeks now and they dry true to the bright shade.

Ruby ★★★★★

The colors really pop on black paper, which was a pleasant surprise. I love how easily they blend together to create neon shades. My only tiny complaint is the pans are a bit small, but the pigment is so strong that it’s not a problem.

Robert ★★★★☆

The neon glow is genuinely noticeable on black paper, which is the main reason I picked this set. The 12 blendable colors mix smoothly enough, though the paints are a bit thinner than I'd like for detailed work. My only small gripe is that one of the pans arrived slightly cracked, but it still works
