Speelfiguur gevlekte hyena

The painted details on this hyena's face really capture that distinctive "laughing" expression, and the posture makes it look ready to join a pack. I was impressed by how sturdy it feels in hand, not flimsy like some animal toys I've bought. It's a solid addition to my African wildlife collection.

I wasn't sure how well the "laughing hyena" pose would come across, but the open mouth and detailed face really capture their unique vocalization. It stands solidly on its own, making for a nice display piece on my desk.

The fur texture is surprisingly detailed for a toy this size, and the molded spots look just like a real hyena's coat. My daughter loves how the articulated legs let her pose it stalking through her safari playset.
