OOLY Shrink-Its!: D.I.Y. krimpkunstset - Glow Buddies

My daughter and I spent a whole rainy afternoon designing glow-themed characters, and the shrinking process itself was surprisingly satisfying to watch. The glow effect really did show up nicely once we held them near a light source, and the finished pieces are sturdy enough to hang on her backpack.

Watching the little creatures glow after shrinking genuinely surprised me—the kids kept turning off the lights just to see them light up again. The process itself was straightforward and kept them engaged for a solid hour, though you do need to supervise the oven part closely.

My six-year-old absolutely loved designing the glow-in-the-dark characters, and seeing her face light up when they emerged from the oven was priceless. The shrinking process was simple enough for her to do with minimal help, and the final little creations are super sturdy.
