My four-year-old loves practicing the jaw snap, and the trigger holds up well after hours of play. The action is fast enough to surprise me every time.

The one-finger trigger is surprisingly smooth, even my three-year-old can make the jaws snap with ease. Great for teaching cause and effect without any noise or batteries.

My daughter was absolutely delighted when the hippo’s jaws snapped shut with just one finger press—it’s such a satisfying little mechanism. The sturdy trigger has survived hours of play without a hitch, which is exactly what we needed.
