Silicone Zen Strips Multicolor 2 pc

These little strips have become my desk staple. The varied textures give my fingers just enough to fiddle with while I'm reading, and they actually help me zone back in when my mind wanders.

These little silicone strips have honestly saved me during long phone meetings. The raised texture is subtle but just enough to keep my fingers busy without looking like I'm fidgeting. I've got both pieces stashed in different rooms now.

I keep one strip on my desk and run my thumb along the raised bumps during long calls, and it genuinely helps me stay settled instead of picking at my cuticles. The silicone has a nice soft give to it rather than feeling cheap or plasticky.
